Return & Refund Policy

At Invent Homes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item that meets our policy criteria, please follow the simple return process below.
How to request a return
To start your return, please notify us in writing by emailing info@inventbathrooms.co.uk or contact your local showroom. Include the following details:
Order number
Items you wish to return
Photos showing the condition of the items and their packaging
Once your return request is received, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. After approval, you have 30 days to return the items to us.
Return conditions
Returned items must be in a clean, unused, and resalable condition with original, undamaged packaging. Each return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, which may affect your refund amount.
Returns within 14 days
Eligible products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Please note the following exclusions:
Tiles
Special order items
Ex-display products (non-returnable)
Perishable goods such as adhesives and grouts

Returning items
Return by post
You may return items at your own cost to our main warehouse:
Invent Homes: 79 Manchester Rd, Bolton BL2 1ES
Return to showroom
Small items (under 10kg) can be returned free of charge to any Invent Homes showroom. For items over 10kg, a return fee of £20 will apply. Large or bulky items cannot be returned via showroom drop-off.

Please note that we do not accept returns of surplus or unwanted tiles in showrooms. If tile returns are authorised, these must be sent directly to our warehouse at your own cost or via our collection service.
Collection service
If you prefer, we can arrange a collection for your return. The collection service costs £75, and we will contact you to agree a suitable date. For more details, please contact your local showroom or our customer service team.
