At Invent Homes, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your products will be delivered.
Standard delivery times
Delivery timeframe: 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability)
We will confirm delivery times via email or phone once your order is placed.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock and delivery date.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the order.
Final delivery charges will be confirmed before payment at checkout or during consultation.
Large or bulky items
For large items such as kitchens, bedrooms, or fireplaces:
We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Delivery may require assistance at your end for offloading, depending on access and order size.
Click & Collect
If no one is available to receive your order, our courier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery the next working day. You may also be contacted to rearrange a suitable time.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If anything is damaged, incomplete, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
